These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and winbox web ("Platform", "We"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by winbox web.

Winbox web reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any stage of platform use. You are required to provide valid identification documents upon request. Failure to complete the KYC process may result in account suspension or closure.

You are fully responsible for the security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. Keep this information secure and do not share it with anyone, including family members.

All activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the winbox web support team immediately for prompt action.

Winbox web uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your browser and our servers. A two-factor authentication (2FA) system is also available and strongly encouraged to be activated for enhanced account security.

Winbox web supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and direct bank transfers to all major banks.

Deposit Policy:

• The minimum deposit is RM 10 for most payment methods.
• All deposits are processed instantly and credited to your gaming account.
• Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.
• Winbox web does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits.

Withdrawal Policy:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed within less than 1 hour after the application is submitted, subject to completed KYC verification.
• Your first withdrawal requires thorough identity verification to ensure security and comply with legal requirements.
• Winbox web reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding a certain amount.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a bank account registered under the verified member's name.

Winbox web offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, and special promotions for VIP members. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus has a requirement rollover (rollover/wagering requirement) as clearly stated in the respective promotional terms. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-related wins can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion unless stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts is prohibited.
• Bonuses are non-transferable to other members and have no direct cash value.
• Winbox web reserves the right to withdraw or void any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, manipulation, or fraudulent activity.
• Bonus validity periods are as stated in each promotional offer. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated or extended.

Winbox web reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotional programme at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonus interests that are already in the process of meeting their requirements.

All games available on the winbox web platform — including slots, fish shooting, live casino, and table games — are governed by each game's specific rules as well as the following general principles:

• All game results are final and cannot be disputed, unless a proven technical failure has directly affected the outcome.
• The RNG (Random Number Generator) system used across all games has been independently audited and certified. Game results are entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party.
• In the event of a system failure or technical disruption during an active game session, winbox web reserves the right to declare that round void. Any affected bets will be returned to the member's account balance.

Winbox web members are prohibited from doing the following while using the platform:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using illegally obtained funds or engaging in any money laundering activities through the platform.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities or technical bugs in the system to gain unauthorised advantages.
• Placing arbitrage bets with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving rudely towards support staff or other members on the platform.
• Sharing or selling your account to a third party.
• Using VPN or proxy services to conceal your true location in order to bypass regional restrictions.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances including bonuses and wins, and appropriate legal action.

Winbox web values member privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable legal provisions. The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is governed by Privacy Policy winbox web which forms part of these Terms.

The personal data you provide to winbox web will be used for the following purposes:

• Member account management and verification.
• Processing financial transactions and identity verification (KYC).
• Providing effective customer support.
• Compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Voluntary Closure: You may close your winbox web account at any time by contacting our support team. Before the closure is processed, any valid remaining funds in your account will be returned via your original payment method.

Suspension by winbox web: winbox web reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice if:

• Evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity has been found.
• Member violated any provision of these Terms.
• Account linked to bonus abuse or irregular wagering activity.
• Member failed to complete KYC requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
• An instruction has been received from a relevant authority or regulatory body.

In cases of suspension due to a Terms violation, winbox web reserves the right to forfeit any remaining bonus balance and wins obtained through activity that breaches the Terms. Valid original deposit funds may be returned at winbox web's discretion, subject to the outcome of the investigation.

Winbox web is not liable for any losses, service disruptions, or damages arising from:

• Technical disruptions, server failures, or internet connectivity issues beyond winbox web's control.
• Acts or omissions by third parties such as payment providers or game providers.
• Financial losses incurred by members as a result of their own betting decisions.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

In any circumstance, the maximum total liability of winbox web to a member is limited to the amount deposited by the member in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

Winbox web reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform.

For material amendments, winbox web will endeavour to notify members via registered email or in-app notification at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect. However, continued use of the platform after any amendment is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, regardless of whether you received the notice.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where winbox web is licensed. Any dispute arising from the use of this platform shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation between both parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with mutually agreed arbitration rules. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

Should any provision of these Terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed while the remaining provisions of these Terms continue in full force and effect.

These Terms and Conditions are effective from 1 January 2026 and supersedes all previous versions.
